About
Master Bryn Tiemeyer
Master Bryn Tiemeyer, aged 28, was born in Grand Haven, MI and grew up as the 11th child out of 13 siblings. At the age of 10, after moving to Holland, MI, he began his journey in Taekwondo. It was the neighborhood kids who trained at Chan’s Martial Arts that introduced him to the practice. Under the guidance of Master Chan Anouthai and his nephew Master Sidney Atsaphanthong, Master Bryn discovered his passion for martial arts. Throughout his 15-year training at Chan’s Martial Arts, he not only honed his skills in Taekwondo but also delved into Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Eventually, he earned his 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo and founded BT Martial Arts.
With a total of 19 years of experience in Taekwondo, 3 years in Muay Thai Kickboxing, and 1 and a half years in Jiu-Jitsu, Master Bryn has engaged in 9 cage fights since the beginning of his martial arts journey. He has been actively assisting and teaching classes for over 10 years. Martial arts played a pivotal role in helping him overcome low self-confidence, attention issues, and fostering various life skills such as discipline, respect, and perseverance, among others.
Dedicated to sharing his wealth of martial arts knowledge, Master Bryn is committed to imparting his experience to the upcoming generation of students.
